I'm Grace, your new Chief Operating Officer.

I've worked in the tech industry for a decade, with bootstrapped companies of 5 people up to 60-person Y Combinator companies now valued at over $1B. I've held roles handling the typical stuff like business development, operations, finance, HR, and recruiting. I've also done absolutely outlandish things, like running an entire drone operations team complete with a chief pilot, or lobbying politicians on Capitol Hill about aviation standards and regulations.

What I've learned most though is that founders are busy.
